Finally! Some Dragonball fanart Launch is one of my faves, cuz...well, she just rocks Psycho one minute sweet the next, whats not to like? ^^
The 'Down With The Red Ribbon Army' thing came as kind of a last ditch effort for an effective background. I think it fits...
The flag, although you can't really tell has the Red Ribbon Symbol on it which is simply..two R's. Im not al lto sure if the red ribbon army's flag was different, not like google helped any so if theres a mistake, gomen *bow*

She was fun to draw cause shes one of the few girls in Dbz who have noticible muscels Also, shes one out of about 7 girls who play a decently significant role throughout Db/Z/Gt. Come on Toriyama...whats up with that And, im aiming to draw bulma next..anyways, Enjoy
